Concentrated Liquidity

The core concept is concentrated liquidity: distributing liquidity within a custom price range. Liquidity providers can concentrate their funds within a price range smaller than (0, ∞). Traders can obtain deeper liquidity around the mid-price, while liquidity providers can earn more trading fees through their funds. We refer to the liquidity concentrated within a limited range as positions. Liquidity providers can set multiple different positions in each fund pool, creating personalized price curves that reflect each liquidity provider's preferences.
